What makes a WhatsApp lead different

A lead via a contact form is passive: the visitor fills in name and email and waits. A WhatsApp lead is active — that person is in a conversation, asking questions, wanting something. The intent is higher, follow-up is easier, and the conversion chance is greater.

With WhatsApp, you already have an open communication line. You don't have to hope your email arrives or doesn't land in spam. The visitor already has you in their phone.
