What the AI actually does
The AI crawls your website pages — products, FAQ, about us, terms — and builds a knowledge base. When a visitor asks a question, the AI finds the most relevant answer and responds within seconds. No fixed scripts, no dropdown menus — normal sentences, specific answers.
This is different from a classic chatbot that only works with pre-entered Q&A pairs. If a visitor asks something you haven't anticipated, the AI still searches your content. If it can't find an answer, it says so honestly and redirects to you.

- Set your prompt. Give the AI a name and tone of voice. One short paragraph is enough: "You're called Sam, you speak casually, and always refer return questions to [email protected]."
- Test and go live. Test with real visitor questions in the dashboard. Answers correct? Paste the script in the
